“Home Sweet Speech” was chosen to emphasize the symbiotic and positive relationship that speech therapy and being in client’s homes can have.

A child’s family can have a huge impact on a child’s success in therapy as children are with their family 24/7, while they’re with their speech-language therapist for a few hours a week.

Being immersed in a family’s home is the most natural way for children to learn fundamental skills and for parents to learn strategies to carryover these skills when their speech-language pathologist is not around.

As humans, communication and socialization are how we connect with the world around us and oftentimes, a child’s whole world is their homelife.

“Home Sweet Speech” was chosen to emphasize the importance of how much growth children make in their home environments, where they feel the most comfortable. Hence, the tagline was born!
